About Me
Hi, I’m Toni—
A therapist for women, moms, and fellow therapists in Missouri and Utah who are ready to do the deep work.
If you’ve landed here, chances are you’re not looking for surface-level support. You want more than a place to vent—you want to feel different in your body, your relationships, your life.
You’ve probably done therapy before. Maybe you’ve gone to a retreat, read all the right books, followed the healing accounts. You know your patterns. You can name your inner critic, your people-pleaser, your overthinker. But you’re still stuck. Still feeling disconnected. Still doubting yourself.
You’re ready to shift that.
And I’d be honored to walk with you as you do.
What working with me is like:
I’m a somatic therapist who combines EMDR, trauma-conscious yoga, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and somatic therapy to help women in Missouri and Utah release the past, reconnect to their bodies, and come home to themselves.
My approach is warm and grounded—but also active. I gently guide you to notice what’s happening in your body, soften the parts of you that want to fix or figure everything out, and explore what’s underneath.
I’m not a blank-slate therapist. I show up as my full self because healing happens in real, honest connection. That means I might gently interrupt if I sense your “thinker” part taking over. It also means we might laugh, cuss, cry, or even scream together. (Yep, all welcome here.)
Who I work best with:
I work best with women who are ready to go deeper—especially those who’ve done a lot of work already but still don’t feel different.
Maybe you’re a therapist yourself. Maybe you’re a mom navigating generational patterns you’re determined not to pass on. Maybe you’ve been holding it all together for too long and are craving a space to finally exhale.
You’re ready to stop performing healing and actually feel it in your bones.
That’s where I come in.
A little about me:
I’m a mom, a therapist, and a woman who’s been through my own healing journey. I’ve lived through trauma, family chaos, burnout—and the wild, messy transformation that can come after it. I know how hard it is to find a therapist who truly sees you. I also know it’s possible to feel rooted, expansive, and whole again.
I bring over 10 years of experience as a social worker and trauma therapist—and I draw from a feminist, intersectional, and decolonized lens that honors your lived experience and ancestral wisdom.
If you’re ready to feel more like you—the real, embodied, grounded you—I’m here.
