Virtual EMDR & Somatic Trauma Therapy for Women in Missouri and Utah
You’re a woman, a mother, a helper—and you’re tired of carrying pain that isn’t yours.
You’ve done the work. You’ve read the books. But you're still stuck in survival mode—disconnected, overwhelmed, and wondering if you’ll ever feel like yourself again.
You’re not broken. You’re not failing. You’re likely carrying trauma in your nervous system that talking alone hasn’t reached.
I help women and mothers heal the root of anxiety, shame, and perfectionism through EMDR, somatic therapy, and trauma-conscious yoga—so you can reconnect with your body, soften into self-trust, and finally feel like you’re enough.
This work is for you if you're ready to:
🌿 Release years of stored pain and self-doubt
🌿 Break free from perfectionism and people-pleasing
🌿 Reconnect with your body’s wisdom
🌿 Feel whole in your life—not just functional
You don’t have to hold it all together anymore.
Let’s begin your healing journey—together.

Hi! I'm Toni Richter
You Already Have Everything You Need to Heal
I support women—especially mothers, therapists, nurses, teachers, the world's caretakers in Missouri and Utah—in breaking free from trauma, self-doubt, and the cycles that keep them feeling small.
Through EMDR, IFS, Somatic Experiencing, and Trauma-Conscious Yoga, we release what is trapped to awaken the strength that has always been yours.
This isn’t just about coping—it’s about coming home to yourself. We rewire your nervous system, reparent your inner child, and release the beliefs that keep you stuck in shame and perfectionism.
At Conscious Healer Therapy, you’ll find a safe, compassionate space to heal. It’s time to reclaim every part of you and step fully into your worth.

ABOUT ME
Hello! I’m Toni Richter, LCSW, TCYT-200hr
After being a social worker and therapist for over 10 years and a mother for 2 years, I have grown a profound respect for how deeply interconnected people are with their families, communities, and work. None of us can do life, or achieve (much) completely alone. I’m here to connect with you and help. I provide an authentic and safe space for clients to embrace their humanity and help them discover their own path to healing. In sessions, I use combinations of somatic therapeutic techniques to guide clients in connecting with their bodies and calming their nervous systems. I will work to help you lean into your humanness by being authentic myself. How do I provide a safe space you ask? Well, by being my authentic self. I am NOT the blank slate therapist. Actually, I’ve spent a lot of time unlearning that. Part of what makes us human is our ability to connect and sit with someone in their pain. I am here with you. I know the importance of taking care of yourself as a therapist when you’re also a spouse, partner, mother, friend, and own person. I am going to share the full human experience with you. I love working with clients who have yet to find success in traditional therapy. My own experiences with family violence and trauma have shaped me into an empathetic and curious therapist. During the pandemic, I experienced intense burnout along with the challenges of finding a therapist that was a good fit for me as a therapist myself. After discovering how hard it was to find someone, I realized that I could be here to support and alleviate the burdens other therapists carry. I am a fierce, protective, compassionate, matriarch who finds joy and fulfillment in holding others' pain and walking with them on their journeys. I am fully embracing this power within myself and I want to help you discover and invite your sacred power in as well. I utilize somatic experiencing, EMDR, sensorimotor psychotherapy, and trauma-conscious yoga in sessions. You might be talking about a challenge, and I’ll invite you to turn inward and notice what emotions, sensations, colors, shapes, and images show up. We might move our bodies in session in ways that help us move through a painful experience or move in ways you find supportive so you can build up your self-soothing techniques.
